Super Edge Flighting

Using our patented cold rolling process, we manufacture continuous super edge auger flighting that has thicker outer edges than conventional helicoid flighting. Our flighting has 30 to 50 percent more outer edge thickness compared to conventional flighting, minimizing wear and improving the working life of our flighting.

We can fabricate super edge flighting with thicknesses ranging from 3/16-inch to 3/8-inch. Outer diameters vary from 5 inches to 20 inches. We provide super edge flighting in both long and short pitch configurations. Flighting is available in right-handed and left-handed orientations as well.

Stainless Steel Flighting

We make both helicoid and sectional flighting from stainless steel for applications requiring improved durability as well as reduced maintenance. The standard material we stock is 304 stainless steel. Stainless steel flighting is more corrosion resistant than flighting made from other conventional materials. Flighting of standard CEMA sizes are available from stock as well.

Our stainless steel helicoid flighting is available in thicknesses ranging from 1/8-inch to 1/4-inch, while stainless steel sectional flighting is available in thicknesses of 3/16-inch to 1/2-inch. Steel helicoid and sectional flighting is available in both right as well as left handed orientation.

Wound Helicoid Flighting

In addition to the manufacture of standard helicoid flightings, we fabricate heavy-duty, wound helicoid flightings as well. Our wound helicoid flightings are made from bar stock that ranges from 10 gauge to 1/2-inch in thickness.

Wound helicoid flighting is available in different sizes, in varying lengths, up to ten feet maximum. We manufacture flighting in both left handed and right handed orientations, with varied root or inner diameters.

Cupped Flighting

We manufacture continuous cold rolled cupped flighting, featuring flights that lean forward at an angle, which can range from 15" to 18". Designed for gentle handling of seed products, our cupped flighting keeps the material being augered close to the shaft, ensuring minimal cracking and breaking.

Cupped flighting is available in a variety of materials, including carbon steel and stainless steel, with thicknesses ranging from 1/8 inch to 7/16 inch. We can manufacture cupped flighting with an outer diameter of three inches to 30 inches.

Sectional Flighting

We manufacture sectional flighting by forming plate metal into helixes with precise outer diameters, inner diameters, and pitches. Sectional flighting can be formed with thicknesses ranging from 3/16-inch to one inch, with the flight thickness maintained constant from the inner edge to outer edge. We handle sections with outer diameters ranging from five inches to 50 inches.

Our sectional flighting is made from different materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and abrasive resistant materials. Flighting is available in both right-handed and left-handed orientations. Sectional flighting with notches is offered as well.
